For the past 12 years, I’ve had the joy of teaching K–5 students in Nashville, TN. Seven years ago, I rescued my dog, Charlie Girl, during a major life change, and she’s become my greatest inspiration. Her spirit sparked the idea for these interactive books for dogs, created to celebrate the special bond between people and their pets. My hope is that it brings joy to every reader and their beloved companion.
